Proven Design Company has its own dedicated panel
workshop
area where projects of all types are assembled, wired and tested. Any project that physically fits in the building will benefit from high quality workmanship at a competitive price unequaled in the industry. Multiple piece or blanket orders benefit from interchangeable components, precise device layouts and lower costs. Supplying job site labor has been commonplace so; no matter where your project is you can count on a job well done.
Aside from the intended function of a control panel, building one is almost an art form. Depending on the pre-build layout requirement of the client, a panel’s
layout is mostly determined by the builder himself. Having the experience and talent to combine aesthetics with functionality and durability is my greatest ability. Not only will you perceive quality but you can expect it. Many of my clients prefer to order the parts themselves from a BOM (Bill of Material) but that’s entirely up to you.
Components are laid out to maximize available space without compromising logical flow or ease of component replacement. Wire channels are utilized extensively to make wiring easy. Tie wraps are used for wire support only and not for bundling. The big advantage here is future design alterations will not turn your neat control enclosure into a rat’s nest. All devices are labeled on the panel’s surface, not on the device or channel themselves. In this way identification is never lost. All wires except for some instances of power wires are terminalized, normally at the bottom of the panel. When space would make interconnection difficult, the terminals are mounted atop of angled standoffs. The wiring itself is held in strict observance of the NEC (National Electrical Code).
