Proven Design is a home-based business located in a beautiful 3000 sq.ft. Victorian, built in 1889. The business has a dedicated 150 sq.ft. office with redundant computer systems. All project information is backed up and stored in a theft and fire resistant safe. A custom birch desk holds an extensive library of vender catalogs and engineering reference materials. The well-organized workshop occupies 300 sq.ft. in the lower level with additional staging space available. This shop is comfortable and well equipped to handle most projects. Because my business structure offers low operating costs and flexible hours, I can provide prompt, personalized service at an attractive price.

Hello, my name is Bruce Willman, the proprietor of Proven Design. I started my career as an industrial electrician after completing a two-year training program in industrial control. I attended technical college at night where I earned my degree in industrial electronics. During this time I held the following positions:

1. Factory Electrician
2. Panel Wireman
3. Service Technician
4. Board & CAD Draftsman
5. Electrical Engineer
6. Maintenance Mechanic

At this point I became very comfortable with motor control principles and their related technologies so, I pursued a career in field sales engineering. The diversity in machinery I experienced during these 7 years was incredible. Finding a simple solution to a complex project is very rewarding, but does not replace the tranquility and enjoyment I find in physically building something. Being well trained in theoretical and practical control implementation, and a need to get my hands dirty set me on the path to Proven Design. I can offer you an honest, enthusiastic approach that keeps you and your process in control.
